Noritz – NRC98 DV Condensing Tankless Water Heater
The ENERGY STAR rated NRC98 DV, Noritz's brand new ultra‐high efficient condensing model, demonstrates its ongoing commitment to the green movement by expanding its newest tankless water heater product line: the ecoTOUGH Series of high efficiency, easy‐to‐install, gas‐fired condensing tankless water heaters.
Offering a maximum input of 180,000 BTU per hour, the NRC98 Tankless Water Heater is designed to fully meet the domestic hot water needs of northern residences with two bathrooms and southern homes with three baths.
Features:
Heat Exchanger: Manufactured with commercial grade copper, 25% thicker piping than standard models
Venting Options: Available as an Outdoor (requires no venting) or indoor Direct Vent (‐DV) model which includes special plastic flue adapters that are compatible with both 3" or 4" Schedule 40 and 80 PVC/CPVC pipe. The DV model can also be converted to a non‐direct vent (SV) model with the use of a Conversion Kit
Quick Connect: Two identical units can be linked together by using
the optional Quick Connect Cord (#QC‐2) for twice the hot water capacity
Thermal Efficiency: Fully condensing, 93% efficient for use with natural gas or propane
Temperature Controls: Includes remote thermostat that can precisely adjust the output temperature from 100°F to 140°F with the capability to display temperatures in both °C and °F
Power Cord Installation Kit: 6' power cord is included with ‐DV models only
