This certificate is void if bartered or sold to the recipient. This certificate is valid for a reservation registration validation form offering two adults 21 years of age or older a 4 night Cruise aboard one of these popular cruise lines: Carnival Cruise Lines, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian Cruise Lines, or Princess Cruises. There are 3 itineraries w/ ports of departure including: Miami to Cozumel, Port Canaveral to Nassau, or LA to Ensenada, Mexico. All cruises include unlimited access to the on-board buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Vegas style entertainment and use of all on-board facilities. Bookings require at least a 30 day advance notice. Includes entry level category cabin 1a. You must redeem your certificate before the expiration date in order to activate your offer. Once activated you will have 24 months to register with the fulfilling travel agency and the travel must be completed within this time. Your only cost after activation is $258.96 per person = $517.92 per couple. Additional travelers will incur additional fees. Weekday departures only. These fees are paid directly to the fulfillment travel agency and are payable by credit card at the time of booking over the phone. Dates near holidays, peak season, weekends and during major conventions will require additional fees. Additional terms and conditions may apply with each independent property. Any additional fees such as but not limited to: hotel/resort/condo fees, miscellaneous taxes, maid service fees and any other incidental charges are the responsibility of the travelers. This offer is not good for group travel of two or more certificate holders. This certificate cannot be combined with any other promotional vacation offer. The expiration date on this certificate pertains only to activation of this certificate and not actual travel. Travel must be completed within 24 months of activation. This certificate has no cash surrender value. Void if discontinued and where prohibited by law. Only one redemption per household every 24 months allowed. The cruise lines now gain a new customer for their in-house restaurants, room service, the casino, spa and even future bookings. What type of cabin will I receive on this offer?
You will receive an entry level category 1A cabin. Upgraded cabins may be available for additional fees. When you are working with the travel agent you can request details regarding upgrading if desired.
Do I get to pick the cruise line?
All promotional inventory is based on availability. If multiple cruise lines are offering promotional inventory during the same travel period then yes you would be able to choose which cruise line to travel with.
After I pay the initial activation fee, what other costs do I have to pay?

What happens after I activate this vacation certificate?

Once I activate this certificate how long do I have to register with the fulfilling travel agency? After you activate this certificate, you will have up to 24 months to travel. If you fail to register the with the travel agency within the time frame printed on your registration form your registration form will become void.
After activation how do I register with the fulfilling travel agency?
You can easily register online and can even call the travel agency directly if you need help with registering.
When will I be contacted?
After activating the vacation certificate you will receive the reservation registration form. Simply login to your redemption dashboard after activation using your certificate id and email address to access the reservation registration form. Follow the instructions on the form to register with the fulfilling travel agency to start planning your vacation. All vacations are booked on the phone with a travel agent.
Can I cancel?
The fee you paid to activate this certificate is Non-Refundable as stated on your certificate. If you do not want to take advantage of the offer yourself you could pass the reservation registration form along to a friend or family member to take advantage of since you have already paid for it. Once a reservation is booked and you need to cancel for any reason, any deposits or fees you paid for the vacation would be forfeited by you and are non-refundable.
Can I redeem the same vacation certificate number more than once?
No, each certificate number can only be activated one time.
Can I use 2 vacation certificates back to back for additional discounted nights?
No. Only one certificate can be activated per household every 24 months.
How long do I have to take the trip?
Travel must be completed within 24 months of activating your certificate.
Can I travel before the required 30 day reservation notice?
Yes, if available and for additional surcharge.
Can extend my trip, add on extra guests or upgrade my vacation?
Yes you can, please discuss this directly with the travel agent over the phone.
What does promotional inventory mean?
We make these great programs possible by connecting our customers with travel inventory that we get from our suppliers when they need our help to fill their unsold rooms, airline seats or cruise cabins. This will primarily happen during off peak times of the year or off peaks days for places like Las Vegas. Often promotional inventory for land or air/land programs will be available within 30 days of travel. For cruise lines they often give space further out rather than closer in like the airlines and hotels.
I see that you do not allow travel 7 days before and after a holiday travel. What holidays should we stay away from when selecting travel dates?
Please avoid making plans 7 days before or after a holiday. The major holidays we recognize are as follows: New Years, Martin Luther King Jr Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. I hope this is helpful when scheduling your trips and thank you for your cooperation. When available there will be surcharges.
Can I use this offer for a Special Occasion, like my wedding?
Our products are not intended for spontaneous travel or special occasions. Since you are required to give the travel agency three different travel dates and multiple destinations in most cases we do not suggest that you use this for a special date committed engagement. It is helpful if you are aware that you will need to be flexible to give you the best possible experience.

Printed on every certificate is "Do not rely upon representations other than what is printed on this certificate or the reservation request form". The statement is printed on the certificates to inform you, the end user, that no matter what you have been verbally told by "whom ever" only the terms and conditions printed on the certificate and the reservation request form can be fulfilled.
