Take your time, review Youtube videos, and plan for outdoor placement. Works great (AC and heat) for my large outdoor windowed patio. Disappointed that the warranty is invalidated if you don't use a certified installer but understand the reason; not everyone follows the directions. A true bargain but shop around. Most of these are made in China by the same company or are similar. My Patio is 600Sq Ft, and I wish I'd spent the extra 200 bucks and got the larger unit. I'm not living on the patio, and it will drop the outdoor temp from 109 to about 90, and I'm sure the larger unit would have done more. My first experience with these, I did the install, and I'd do it again. Very happy with the results.
