Simple duct connections to this recessed ceiling unit allows you to combine 2 rooms into one zone. Add a duct and spread the cooling capacity across a bathroom and bedroom combination in a residential application or foyer and office shared use in a commercial layout. At only 9 inches high, the unit fits easily in a drop ceiling or attic space.

Klimaire's new KMIR327-H217-2 outdoor unit has a high-performance twin rotary compressor for lasting durability and quiet operation. The variable speed compressor keeps operational noise low as the motor speeds up and slows down gradually in alignment with the indoor temperature needs. Controlled by the variable speed compressor, dedicated dehumidification mode effectively maintains recommended air moisture levels.

- Compressor auto-adjusts to keep temperature steady instead of abruptly powering on and off
- Small footprint fits most yards or easily mounts to a wall with bracket (sold separately)
