I appreciate the vendor being available when I had questions or concerns about the product and the install; and when I was stuck (either due to my own oversight or general happenstance) they were right there to help. Great support to the products that they sell.
The install was pretty straightforward. Even vacuuming down the lines (I wanted a 230V unit and this BTU size is generally not available with the pre-charged lines) went pretty smoothly - I'd recommend a dual stage pump, and check all the little seals on your vacuum lines from gauges (whether micron or manifold) as the deep vacuum needed will exploit the smallest tear.
Anyway. I'm happy with the quality of the product (only been using for a few days now but it's quiet and capable) and the service of Heat & Cool.
