Pre-charged for up to 25 feet of refrigerant piping.

I really like the unite, easy to install it you have some skills, comes with all the required materials, and keep room at temp, even though room is not finished (not fully insulated. Monthly electric bill is less than the month before. Great unit.

Do not install outside unit where it will blow on you when you walk by it. I'd install it above 7 feet or on a wall not passed by for entry. The warranty is void if you install it yourself unless you're a licensed HVAC contractor.

This is a great AC, worked perfect. Don't buy a minisplit unless you have the tools and experience to do a proper install. I think a large portion of the bad reviews were from people who do not know how to properly install a MiniSplit. This unit includes all the parts you need, and is quiet, sips power and just works great!

This unit is very high quality, works really well in my home recording studio where i need heat and air but without the noise of a window unit. It is perfect for that. Quiet and efficient with tins of grest features. Only issue was installation. Unless you have the oroper tools and gauges and can do a self installation, it is hard to find someone to install it as most companies won't install a unit you did not buy from them. I got a couple quotes and they were more than the unit.
Would i still have bought the unit after knowing the expense of installation? Yes, because the unit is that good. Just know that the cost of the unit itself is great, cost of install is painful.
