Select the mode and settings for your
COMFORT
- COOLING Mode - To cool your room at the temperature of your preference.
- HEATING Mode - To keep you warm and cozy during the cold days or in winter.
- DRY Mode – Independent dehumidification to reduce the humidity of the air to make ambient of a room more comfortable.
- AUTO Mode – In this mode the operation mode will be set automatically according to the room temperature.
- I FEEL – This function enables the remote control to measure the temperature at its location and send signals to the indoor unit to optimize the temperature around its position. You keep the remote control close to you, it is as if the air conditioner were following you.
- SLEEP mode – It can maintain the temperature at a lower setting at night during the sleeping hours.
- Auto clean – This function cleans and dries the evaporator to prevent mildew growth and maintain healthy indoor air quality.
- 3-D Air Flow Up-Down-Left-Right auto swing motion – moves the air with all directions .
- AUTO-RESTART – After a power failure the system will automatically re-start in the same operating mode as before the outage when the power is restored.
- LONG AIR DISCHARGE- Powerful and silent air flow thru larger fan diameter to reach every spot of the room.
CONVENIENCE
- 24h Timer – Allows the user to set the time when the AC will turn ON or OFF and the preferred settings.
- TURBO Mode – With this function the AC will operate at the highest fan speed and speed to make the room comfortable quickly.
- AUTO Mode – The operating mode will be set automatically according to the room temperature.
- Independent Dehumidification – DRY Mode reduces the humidity of the air to make more comfortable the ambient of a room
- Display ON/OFF – Switches ON/OFF the display on the panel.
- EMERGENCY Button – Allows to manually operate the AC at the preset ambient conditions when the remote is missing.
PERFORMANCE
- ANTI-COLD WIND – When the heating operation starts the fan coil will automatically run at the lowest speed of the preset level, preventing cold air at the beginning.
- HIGH AMBIENT COOLING – Strong cooling capacity in high ambient temperatures of up to 122ºF
- LOW AMBIENT COOLING – The unit can operate in cooling mode during the winter down to 5º F to cool an inner room.
- LOW AMBIENT HEATING – Provides heating when the outside temperature is as low as-13º F.

RELIABILITY
- REFRIGERANT LEAKAGE DETECTOR –When the outdoor unit detects a refrigerant leakage condition the indoor unit will sound an alarm.
- GOLDISH FIN- Anticorrosion coating to protect the outdoor coil from corrosive elements to maintain higher heat transfer for a longer time.
ENERGY SAVING
- AWAY HOME – (AH) will automatically start the heating mode when the room temperature is lower than 46º F
- ECO Mode – In this mode the AC will automatically set the operation to save energy.

I installed the unit myself. I had no real issues. My only "problem " was I had 25' of lines and I needed 8'. It took around three hours for me to install the unit, and about 1 hour for the electrician to run the new 220 circuit. It puts out very cold air, and the heat seemed to have a nice feel as well, but I only left it on for the 5 minutes called for by the startup procedure. I had a working PTAC in the same area, I am very hopeful this DIY minisplit can help the electricity bill. It is so quiet compared to the PTAC we have it set to turbo so we can tell it's running.

This was the first mini split I've installed. It went in my garage and works fine. The first day i could not get power to the air handler so a retraced my steps with a voltage gauge and discovered that the plastic clip to attach the signal and power cord was faulty. One leg did not have power. I would recommend that you simply cut the cord and attach the wires directly to the compressor. Just make sure the colors and numbers match the wires on the air handler. I plan on removing this wire in a few months and replacing it with water tight metal clad 14 AGW 4 to bring it up to code in our area. Other that small glitch I have no complaints at all.

I am a retired carpenter, so let's start with that. This is a great machine. It didn't take me very long to install. I live in the desert where it's really hot in the day of the summer and very cold in the winter. It worked excellent on scorching hot days. I have just now turned it on that. It is cold in the winter and it is working great! I've had it for less than a year so we will see how it lasts but I would think it should be fine because it's working great now. I will never install a forced air unit in a house again. Mini splits are the way to go! The energy usage seems fine. Also, my bill only went up a tiny bit by adding this in my shop to my existing house, which has a forced air AC unit in the other part.

I've had these units installed for about 2 weeks now and they work great. Drawing 1.8 Amps per leg (efficient and helpful for the utility bill).
Installation was relatively easy. I suggest reading the directions twice and then commence with the installation. One of the refrigerant stop valves was open when I connected the line set to the outdoor unit. I was worried that I lost some refrigerant, if I did it wasn't much because the unit works great.
I recommend this to those looking for a budget friendly solution to heating and cooling rooms in their homes.
