The GSX140361, 3 Ton, 14 SEER, 36,000 BTU central air conditioning system will help reduce energy consumption throughout the life of the system. Goodman’s SMARTCOIL™ 5mm tube condensing coil design optimizes the heat transfer ability of R‐410A refrigerant compared to standard 3/8”copper tubing. The coil is made of rifled refrigeration‐grade copper tubing and corrugated aluminum fins in a design that maximizes surface area. These high‐quality components together cool your home effectively.

The heart of the 3 Ton GSX140361 is the high efficiency Copeland® scroll compressor paired with Goodman’s proprietary SMARTCOIL™. Together they maximize thermal heat transfer ability and reduce the amount of refrigerant needed. Additionally sound-dampening features help ensure that your cooling system doesn’t interfere with a good night’s sleep. The near‐silent operation is owed to the condenser fan system, which includes a three-bladed fan encased in a heavy-gauge galvanized louvered cabinet with noise suppressing features.

Goodman’s all-aluminum evaporator coil is constructed from aluminum tubing, corrugated fins and panels giving you a single metal solution for outstanding, time-tested, heat transfer performance properties. Cased coil for upflow/downflow applications.

Unlike a standard furnace, which vents left-over heat out of your home in the form of exhaust, the Goodman GCVC961005CN high-efficient furnace passes the exhaust through a secondary stainless steel heat exchanger to extract additional heat. That extra heat – up to 30% more – which would have otherwise been wasted is circulated through your home. The end result is 96 cents out of every dollar you spend on heating is used to keep your home warm.
This two-stage gas furnace saves energy and maintains a steady temperature by adjusting its airflow according to the heating or cooling demands of your home.
