Goodman’s SMARTCOIL™ 5mm tube condensing coil design optimizes the heat transfer ability of R‐410A refrigerant compared to standard 3/8”copper tubing. The coil is made of rifled refrigeration‐grade copper tubing and corrugated aluminum fins in a design that maximizes surface area. These high‐quality components together cool your home effectively.
Goodman GMVM970804CN variable‐speed, two‐stage 30,000 BTU gas furnace offers reliable performance and time‐tested durability. A quiet, four‐speed direct drive blower motor is coupled with a two‐stage gas valve that allows installer to turn on two‐stage operation with the flip of a dipswitch. Use with natural gas or add converter for use with propane, or LP.

The heart of the 2.5 Ton GSX140301 is the high efficiency Copeland® scroll compressor paired with Goodman’s proprietary SMARTCOIL™. Together they maximize thermal heat transfer ability and reduce the amount of refrigerant needed. Additionally sound-dampening features help ensure that your cooling system doesn’t interfere with a good night’s sleep. The near‐silent operation is owed to the condenser fan system, which includes a three-bladed fan encased in a heavy-gauge galvanized louvered cabinet with noise suppressing features.

Goodman’s all-aluminum painted cased evaporator coil is constructed from aluminum tubing, corrugated fins and panels giving you a single metal solution for outstanding, time-tested, heat transfer performance properties. Easy access owed to split seam front and 24 ½” depth. Fits 21” furnace cabinet.

This 80% high efficiency 80,000 BTU2‐stage condensing furnace by Goodman, model GMVC80804CN has been carefully engineered to work to its fullest capacity. When it comes to your personal comfort, no detail has been overlooked. The furnace's variable speed ECM blower gently ramps up or down according to heating demands keeping sound at a minimum and energy costs low. The multiple continuous fan speed options quietly circulate the air keeping the temperature balanced and steady.
Unlike a standard furnace, which vents left‐over heat out of your home in the form of exhaust, the Goodman high‐efficient furnace passes the exhaust through a secondary stainless steel heat exchanger to extract additional heat. That extra heat – up to 30% more – which would have otherwise been wasted is circulated through your home by a near‐silent two‐speed induced draft blower. The end result is 80 cents out of every dollar you spend on heating is used to keep your home warm.
The two‐stage gas valve works in unison with the variable speed motor to save energy and maintain an even indoor temperature by adjusting its airflow according to the heating demands of your home.
