Scratch-N-Dent items are HVAC products that have received some minor damage during transit. These items are in excellent operational condition with the exception of some cosmetic damages. Scratch-N-Dent items will be available for sale on our web site as they come available, all sales are final. Neither external casings and frames, nor parts that have pre-existing and specified shipping damages as noted in the product description are warrantied. All other internal parts are under manufacturer’s warranty.
